EMBRACE THE NEW NORMAL

How can you digitalize stakeholder interactions and harness the most advanced technologies?

"LLYC’s team of technology experts leverages their experience in the fields of communications, marketing and public affairs to help our clients choose the right technologies, advancements, levels of cultural/economic impact and deployment models to make the most of each type of interaction."

This pandemic means interactions with those who matter to us have gone virtual. Many social distancing measures will be maintained  in the long-term, redefining how we work as teams, serve our clients and share information with investors.

Many technologies have made these digital experiences excellent. Which ones? How can you follow their evolutions? Which applications have worked best? How can you effectively incorporate them into your own organization?

In both our personal and professional lives, social distancing measures are creating an unprecedented scenario that will no doubt change the way we work and interact with others. To help ensure safety, governments have implemented measures as demanding as they are necessary.  These have led to less populated offices, fewer trips and a reduction in face-to-face meetings, both in terms of frequency and number of people attending.

Our collective need to stay in contact has naturally led us to seek immediate solutions to keep communicating with the world around us.

However, professionally speaking, the impacts of social distancing transcend the pressing search for solutions that simply allow us to muddle through. The way we communicate with stakeholders needs to be reinvented.

The current (and possibly future) travel and gathering restrictions  which that have been put in place around the world (albeit to varying extents in different countries and regions), are forcing us to create new strategies that will allow us not only to solve existing problems, but also enter the new framework that will govern our relationship models from a position of strength.

Everyday situations, such as the major events and trade shows, we were used to presenting and discovering advancements at, now require new solutions, and services and products are being forced to reinvent themselves. Traditionally physical interactions, such as listed company shareholder meetings or investor roadshows, now need to exist virtually, as they simply cannot take place face-to-face. Close-contact meetings, such as sales visits, consultations and recruitment conversations, now require physical distancing measures  to be incorporated.

Given this necessity, traditional relationship models are changing rapidly, with many adopting technology and virtualization. The questions that need answering as part of this change process include: What are the best technologies? Which are best for each situation? And how much will it cost to incorporate them into your organization?

This new scenario opens a fantastic window of opportunity for those who choose wisely, just as missing this boat might mean much more than simply failing to harness a competitive advantage. It could mean being left out of the game and overtaken by competitors.

At LLYC,  we leverage our team of technology experts' skills and their expertise in the fields of communications, marketing and public affairs. We have also set up an observatory focused on the right technologies, advancements and levels of cultural/economic impact needed to make the most of each type of interaction.

Challenges.

HOW CAN I ENRICH MY DIGITAL EXPERIENCES?

New work models are relying heavily on technology to maintain normal relations between teams and employees. In an environment where physical contact has been given a back seat, now is the time to take the opportunity to use technology and improve our communication.

HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY LEVEL OF ATTENTION TO CLIENTS?

The way in which we maintain contact with our clients is changing in the new scenario, where creating attractive and original experiences cannot involve traditional spaces. We need to incorporate virtual components with which to enrich our value proposal.

HOW DO I ORGANIZE MY FINANCIAL ROADSHOWS?

Methods for maintaining investor relations are being seriously affected in situations with mobility restrictions and increased health controls. The future of companies involved in these processes will depend on offering effective alternatives.

HOW DO I STAY CONSISTENTLY UP-TO-DATE WITH TECHNOLOGY TRENDS?

Within a context of accelerated change where technology is playing a key role, keeping your finger on the pulse of this sector will make the difference between harnessing a window of opportunity and being left behind. Staying up-to-date is decisive in achieving success.
