Mauricio Carrandi is an executive with more than 20 years’ experience in corporate communication, marketing, big data and digital advertising. He has been the Chief Marketing Officer at Televisa since 2012 – the largest Spanish-speaking media conglomerate in the world, where he ran the internal communication agency with the aim of improving the company’s brands and focusing the marketing campaigns of its content and channels on all its distribution platforms, from open TV, pay-to-view TV, OTT and digital TV. He headed up a team of more than 150 professionals within the organization.
Previously, he set up his own communication, advertising and branding consultancy firm, where he created a methodology based on semiotics and target focus to enhance the foundations to develop a multitude of campaigns for different brands, always focused on commercial results, customer satisfaction and strategic creativity.
