Marta Guisasola has a long track-record in the field of finance. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Administration from the University of the Basque Country and a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University School of Financial Studies (Spanish acronym: CUNEF).

She worked for a year in the Financial Planning Department at Gillette. En 2001, she joined Newell Rubbermaid as a Business Partner for Sales and Marketing, a post she held for four years. In 2004, she joined The Kellogg Company, where she held several posts, in Financial Planning, as a Business Partner for Marketing, at which time Kellogg’s invested 50 million euros in advertising and promotion, and as the Sales Finance Manager, encompassing the finances of the Sales Department and the Credit Control Unit. In 2014, she joined Deoleo S.A., in the International Markets Division (Asia, Latin America, North Africa and Northern Europe), first as a Controller and then as CFO, reporting to the group’s CFO.
