Former Minister for Employment and Social Affairs of the Spanish Government
From 1996 to 1999, Manuel Pimentel was the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs. He has excelled in many and diverse fields, including politics, publishing and business. In the business field in particular, he enjoys a special recognition for his talent-centric approach to employment policies.

Manuel is also the director of Pimentel Conflict Management. An agronomist and lawyer by trade, he holds a degree in Senior Management. He also serves as labor counsel for international law firm Baker & McKenzie, where he coordinates the firm's Legal Strategy Forum for Global Human Resource Management.

Manuel is also the president of the Spanish Consulting Companies Association, a spokesperson for insurer ARAG, president of the Origin Montilla-Moriles' regulatory council and president of Globaltec Desarrollos de Ingeniería's board of directors.
