Luís Garcez has 17 years of experience as Marketing and Communication Director at Somague/Sacyr – having led the Department of International Communication at Sacyr in Madrid – and 14 years in advertising agencies, being a partner at EuroRSCG (HAVAS) after periods at Lintas and JWThompson. In 2019, he returned to the WPP group, first in Hill & Knowlton and then BCW (Burson Cohn & Wolfe) where he was Managing Director for Institutional Clients. He was visiting professor at the Faculty of Economics in the Universidade Nova in Lisbon.
