Juan Pablo Ocaña

As the head of the legal department and Secretary of the Board, his responsibilities include leading legal aspects of acquisition operations, managing the compliance department, and providing legal advice for all operations.

Experience.

He worked for eleven years as a lawyer in the corporate department at Garrigues, participating in M&A and capital markets transactions and holding the position of secretary of the board in different groups of companies. He was also a project technician at the FIE foundation.

Interests.

He enjoys reading, sports in general, both practicing and watching: cycling, paddle tennis, soccer, golf, etc. and spending time with his family and friends.
