With ample experience in transactions like M&A, IPOs, shareholder activism, proxy fights, restructurings, capital increases, and crises, he is a corporate communications expert. Jorge has experience in the energy, telecommunications, tourism, food, real estate, and finance industries.
Interests.
Jorge has a passion for travel and enjoys immersing himself in different cultures and learning from them. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and paddle tennis, as well as spending quality time with his family.
