Jon Pérez Urbelz

As the leader of special projects for the Miami operation, Jon is responsible for driving key strategic initiatives. At LLYC Lima, he leads the Engagement team, where he is focused on strengthening the connections between brands and consumers and between companies and their employees.

Jon has a wealth of experience in Crisis Communication, Corporate Positioning, and Consumer Engagement, along with a background in Talent Engagement, Internal Communication, and Reputation Management relating to labor and litigation matters.
