President of the Fundación Macba
Ainhoa Grandes is the president of the Barcelona Contemporary Art Museum Foundation (MACBA), as well as its vice president and a member of both its General Council and Delegate Committee.

She is also a member of Renta Corporación's board of directors, as well as a member of its Audit Committee and Appointments Committee. She is a member of the advisory boards for law firm Herbert Smith Freehills in Spain and communications company LLYC, as well as the board of trustees for social impact accelerator company SHIPB2. She sits on the boards of Madrid's ARCO Fair and the Balia Children's Foundation and is a member of Barcelona Global's board of directors. Additionally, she is a member of the Iberoamerican Forum and the Moma de NY international board.

Ainhoa graduated with a degree in business administration from the International University of Catalonia with a specialization in Finance and Advanced Management Programs (AMP) from the IESE Business School. She completed her training with specialized Marketing, Communication and Cultural Management programs.

Ainhoa worked for Sotheby's in Barcelona, Madrid and London until she joined the MACBA Foundation as executive director, a position she held for 18 years until her appointment as president.
