Francisco Sánchez-Rivas

Chairman of the Board of Directors. Francisco Sánchez-Rivas also leads our M&A strategy, providing continuity to the company’s strategic and investment plan (2023-2025) and the relationship with institutional investors. Since 2020, Mr. Sánchez-Rivas has participated as an advisor to LLYC advising our inorganic growth strategy.
EXPERIENCE.
He has more than 30 years of experience in investment banking, finance and corporate strategies. Previously, he was a director in the Corporate Finance department of Deloitte and later CEO of Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance for Spain and Portugal for almost a decade. In the last 10 years he has been a director in several companies in the services, energy, agri-food and technology sectors.
Sánchez-Rivas holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, an MBA from IESE Business School and AMP (Advanced Management Program) from Harvard Business School and a postgraduate degree in Financial Markets from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
INTERESTS.
Francisco enjoys family time with his wife and 4 daughters. He is passionate about art and literature, so much so that he is currently pursuing a degree in English Literature at Oxford University, England.
