AB InBev: minimizing the impact of an integration.

Impact.

The company began to build their story and credentials in the "Talent" area from the valorization of the expertise AB InBev brought to Backus. The first year of the new phase concluded with improvements in the company's market share and results. The company also received new national recognitions.

"The LLYC team's support was key to building a strategy that allowed us to lead the conversation about the combination and future of our local operation, position our key messages during the opportunities that presented themselves and reinforce our commitment to the country based on our key stakeholder relationships."

Manuel Silva
Communications and Sustainability Manager at Backus Ab InBev
