The creation of internal channels for the integration of the employees led to the development of a collaborative Intranet as a virtual connecting framework, building internal social media, a blogs ecosystem and a microblogging network.

Impact.

Over 300 collaboration groups were registered in the Intranet and over 1,000 documents were shared. Additionally, the use of the Intranet as a medium of collaboration outperformed the previously used channels by 900%.
