Project of Internal Communication 2.0 intended to integrate the +5,000 employees, increase their sense of belonging and optimize the company’s production processes associated to the exchange of information. The creation of internal channels for the integration of the employees led to the development of a collaborative Intranet as a virtual connecting framework, building internal social media, a blogs ecosystem and a microblogging network.
Over 300 collaboration groups were registered in the Intranet and over 1,000 documents were shared. Additionally, the use of the Intranet as a medium of collaboration outperformed the previously used channels by 900%.
