Promote the incorporation of athletes in the labor market Impact: A program was created with Bertelsmann (and Sanitas) together with the Spanish Olympic Committee (COE) in which top-level sportsmen and former sportsmen joined the companies as full-time workers with flexible working days, adapted to competitive and training needs. The different editions of the program included inauguration and closing events where the president of the COE, Alejandro Blanco, representatives of companies, and personalities from the world of sport such as Vicente del Bosque, Andoni Zubizarreta, Manolo Sanchís, etc, participated.
