María Esteve is in charge of managing strategy and driving results at LLYC in Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador, where she oversees a team of over 150 specialists.
Experience.
Maria has held leadership positions in corporate consulting firms and organizations throughout her career. Before joining LLYC, she led strategy, management, and results for over 150 professionals in Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador, and was part of the institutional affairs team at Banco Santander in Colombia.
She has played an active role in expanding operations within Latin America, establishing and maintaining relationships with some of LLYC’s biggest clients in the region. Additionally, she has been part of commercial defense teams in some of Colombia’s most high-profile litigations over the past ten years. Her experience enables her to facilitate business through communication, corporate diplomacy, and risk management.
